Welcome to the
Cleveland Coach Federation

The Cleveland Coach Federation (CCF) serves both current and aspiring professional coaches in Northeast Ohio through educational programs covering a variety of coaching and business topics. CCF welcomes all professionals who are engaged in coaching on a full time or part time basis, whether operating within a corporate setting or as an independent.

Our diverse membership includes executive coaches, business coaches, personal coaches, youth coaches, and coaches who practice in niche areas. These niche practices may include personal or marital relationships, retirement planning, career planning or transition, work-life balance, interpersonal communication, public speaking, leadership, management, spirituality, ADD or personal effectiveness.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a dialogue based on a mutual relationship built on trust and respect that focuses on the business or personal outcomes desired by the client. The coach's job is not to "fix" the client. Rather, the coach's job is to listen, observe, and ask pertinent questions to assist the client to determine personal or business objectives, find appropriate solutions and develop strategies to reach their objectives. The coach provides support and encouragement to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.
