- How your brain works and how knowing something about it will help you lead more effectively.
- How to market your business through public speaking and presentations.
- How to take better care of yourself through self-care and caring about your own well being.
- How to become balanced, centered and grounded -- what every coach should know about energy.
You will also learn about coaching schools, their philosophy, curriculum and costs and how you can get more information. Finally, take part in coaching demonstrations; work one-on-one with your own coach for 15 minutes to see if regularly working with a professional business, life or health and wellness coach or even becoming a professional coach is right for you.
