The Cleveland Coach Federation (CCF) welcomes all professionals who are engaged in or seeking to learn more about coaching on either a full time or part-time basis. CCF includes members who operate as independent practitioners as well as those who work within an organization setting.

Our diverse membership includes executive coaches, business coaches, personal coaches, youth coaches, and coaches who specialize in specific niche coaching areas including careers, retirement, personal relationships, marital relationships, life balance, longevity, marketing, leadership, management, spirituality, and personal effectiveness.

We share a collective belief in the unlimited potential of people to learn and grow in their lives and careers. In support if the Theory of Abundance, we share ideas openly to improve the collective knowledge and skill of all member coaches -- "A rising tide lifts all boats."

We are the Cleveland based affiliate chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF)(http://www.coachingfederation.com), the principal governing and credentailing body for the coaching industry. ICF is an international organization with more than 11,000 members in 70 countries.

Coach Federation?

Our membership includes all types of coaches, from beginners to seasoned coaches. Our membership also boasts other professionals such as counselors, therapists, consultants, mentors and managers -- in other words, individuals who use coaching skills in their work but who may not be in the "coaching business."

Professional Development
and Networking

Membership in the Cleveland Coach Federation (CCF) provides multiple opportunities each year to learn and develop your coaching skills or network with other professionals in the still emerging field of coaching. Membership also enables you to be part of a growing community who enrich the lives of individuals and help businesses find solutions to critical and vexing issues.

Each year CCF provides members with educational opportunities to not only develop greater skill as coaches, but also with information about starting, managing and building a healthy coaching practice. CCF meetings and workshops provide members with regular opportunities to network, acquire new techniques and ideas, share best practices, and discuss ways to build their business. Each member contributes to a community of coaches who support and encourage one another in the development of their own capabilities, and the development of the coaching profession.

Annual Dues

Individuals interested in becoming a member of the Cleveland Coach Federation pay annual dues of $25.00. Individuals who do not wish to join CCF may attend up to two meetings per year as a guest and pay $5 at the beginning of each meeting. Membership in ICF is currently not required to become a member of the Cleveland Coach Federation, though membership in ICF is highly beneficial and recommended.
